Dr. Greg creates the first Indigenous SuperChefs Cookery for Kids on Quadra Island. The kids learn traditional cooking techniques with Culinary Olympic medalist Aboriginal Chef Andrew George and a team of Superchefs Counsellors, chefs and volunteers-many special surprises during the camp.

Dr. Greg takes the SuperChefs Cookery to Washington DC where students from the Francis Stevens Education Campus joined Trevor Booker of the Washington Wizards NBA team, The Westin Georgetown's Chef Lance Mion and Starwood Hotel's Vice President of Global Food and Beverage, Chef Jean-Luc Barone and organizers of Obama's Let's Move program on May 17, 2012 for a cooking class in the hotel's state-of-the-art kitchen.

Dr. Greg's SuperChefs Cookery for Kids were at Party for the Planet in Surrey on April 28, 2012, serving bannock under the direction of Chef Andrew George. The SuperChefs Counsellors manned the basketball hoop to get kids active and gave out toothbrushes for hoops, and the SuperChefs characters Mirapoix and Spicer signed autographs and met kids and encouraged them to eat powerful healthy foods. Dr. Greg gave out his popular apple balloons-a big crowd of 5,000 were on hand to enjoy the festivities.
