SuperChefs teaches the essentials of balanced nutrition, food preparation, and social etiquette toward inspiring lifelong habits of physical and social well-being.
SuperChefs is guided by international experts in the healthcare, culinary, entertainment and academic world to improve the health and wellbeing of children worldwide, Our pillars help children put on their best FACES: Food literacy, Aware of their food systems, Competent in cooking skills, Engaged in physical activity and Savour balanced food choices.
The SuperChefs Camp is a four day camp in which kids are immersed in the world of food, cooking and nutrition skills for them to last a lifetime. Although SuperChefs events have been held around the world, our flagship camps in Surrey, BC are open to children aged 8-12 years in the Surrey School District (SD36) each summer, and have been running for over 15 years. This partnership with SD36 is organized under the guidance of the SuperChefs Executive Chefs that collectively have won International Culinary Awards, prepared meals for world leaders, manage culinary operations for famous celebrity chefs and create menus for hotels around the globe. Thousands of kids have participated at the SuperChefs summer camps in British Columbia and we are proud to offer a brand new E-learning experience, complete with downloadable lesson plans, to support parents, teachers and healthcare professionals worldwide. Together we can promote a healthier generation of kids!
SuperChefs works in partnership with UBC Dentistry and UBC Land & Food Systems/Dietetics to create nutrition resources for health care professionals.
Since eating well isn't just for adults, Westin teamed up with the experts at SuperChefs™ to offer the Westin Eat Well Menu for Kids.
Special SuperChefs is an adapted SuperChefs Cookery program created to enable children of all abilities to participate in the SuperChefs Cookery program despite physical or cognitive limitations.
SuperChefs launched an Enactus project in partnership with SuperChefs called SuperKids of Sherbrooke.
