After 20 years of development, SuperChefs Entertainment released their new television pilot at the Chandos Pattison Auditorium before an enthusiastic crowd of over 400 cast members, SuperChefs partners, alumni families, team members and friends.

SuperChefs team members, alumni, community partners and families that have participated in their world renown SuperChefs Cookery For Kids program.

The television pilot, starring Olympic Gold medallist skater Patrick Chan, and up and coming young singer/actress Scotia Browner, dazzled the crowd in the premiere episode that included zany puppets, skating rap sequences, and imaginative plots with colourful villains trying to rule the world with candy.

The young Canadian film team were mentored by 7-Time Emmy Award winning writer (Sesame Street) Ian Electric Black James, who has worked in children’s programming for television for over 30 years.

The completed pilot is named Fish On Ice, and hopefully opens the door for other episodes to follow to entertain children and families about the joy of cooking and the importance of fresh ingredients.
