Fresh Street staff worked hard to sell thousands of halibut burgers for charity and SuperChefs demonstrated making fresh halibut tacos with Executive Chef Victor Bongo, partner Chefs from the Westin Joe Camp and Steve Rutherford , and an always energetic SuperChefs staff of event coordinators who made delicious taco samples for the crowd.
SuperChefs was able to teach the engaged audience a little about halibut, some great authentic Mexican salsas and sauces, and cook with some kids from the SuperChefs Cookery program. It was a great event to showcase our partnership with Fresh Street Market who share our vision for kids and families to eat fresh food…because Fresh is Best!
