Dr. Greg was also part of a panel at IACP 2017 that presented Here, There and Everywhere…Teaching Cooking in the New Millennium. They shared ingenious and practical tips for planning and delivering classes, including how to design a successful program, establish key relationships, and secure funding. The panelists included Sheila Crye from Young Chefs in Maryland, Carlin Breinig who teaches cooking in libraries in Atlanta, and Nancy Waldeck, the Healthy Chef Partyologist who delivers healthy cuisine as owner of Taste and Savor.
