The lucky audience at the Safeway Fusion Kitchen learned how to grind their own meat, make their own sauces and were treated to SuperChefs branded turkey sliders as samples. Joining Dr. Greg onstage were SuperChefs Executive Chefs Victor Bongo and Christine Farkas, who showed off his truffle chuck burger and her walnut spice vegetarian burgers respectively. It was a great summertime culinary experience, and the Lions shared with the crowd their reasons for eating healthy as high performance athletes, that hopefully will inspire everyone to eat for success!
