Kitchen Connection Blog - 2015 New York Times Travel Show

Last month, we visited over 100 different places.. rather, those places came to us -- in one compact series of events and exposés at the New York Times Travel Show. In fact, one could barely tell that outside of the Javitz Center from January 23rd to 25th, there was weather mirroring that of a tundra; inside, we were graced with the warmth of the Caribbean, the tropical rain of the Amazon, and in fact, a little bit of Arctic tundra.
